The 24/7 clinic on the 6th floor is managed by ActiveOneHealth. Doctors are available from 9 AM to 1 PM, Mondays through Saturdays. No doctor is on duty every Sunday. Nurses are available 24/7. In-room guests can contact the Guest Service Center at loc. 333, who will then notify the clinic of any requests.

Our Guest Service Center has prepared a pricing matrix for this based on the distance and type of vehicle. Guests may just call them at loc. 333 for more information.

Transport service to and from the airport/hotel. Rates start at Php 3,500.

Room-to-room calling is not available.

Late check-out is allowed depending on room availability, that is, if there are no back-to-back bookings for the room. If the room is available, we charge half the room rate for late check-out until 6 PM. After 6 PM, we charge the full rate, and guests can stay until the next day. For 1-BR Suites, we have many available, allowing for greater flexibility. In some promotional cases, we extend the room for free.

Bookings are non-refundable but flexible rebooking options are available. Please email our Reservations Team at reservations@thealphasuites.com to modify your booking at least 24 hours prior to check-in date.

Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

Yes, guests are allowed to have visitors in their suites. For security and safety purposes, all visitors must register at the Front Desk. All visitors must leave the hotel premises by 10:00 PM. Fees are applicable for visitors staying beyond 10:00 PM.

Smoking is prohibited in all suites, corridors, lobby, etc., in compliance with Presidential Executive Order No. 26 of May 2017 which prohibits smoking in any public or enclosed space anywhere in the Philippines.

Yes. Make-up room service, change of linens, and replenishment of toiletries, bottled water, and coffee pods can be requested daily.

Breakfast buffet is available daily from 6 AM to 10 PM at the 4th floor Atrium.

All of our specialty restaurants are open for indoor and outdoor dining. Menus from our different restaurants are available upon request for guests who prefer al fresco dining at the poolside veranda. In-suite dining is also available from 9 AM to 10 PM, so you can indulge in our specialty dishes in the comfort of your suite. Guests may also order food for takeout.

The gym, boxing & martial arts arena, and fitness studios are open for individual and group workouts. Athletic courts are open to all guests.
